Is there free shipping?

At Watch4Time we offer free shipping on all orders over € 160.


How much do I pay in postage / delivery?

When ordering less than 160€, It costs 40€ in delivery.


How many days does it take, until I receive my package?

When ordering at W4T, it will take 5-7* days to receive your goods.

Please note that when ordering products from Ebel and Edox, a longer delivery time of up to 12 days should be expected.

* Orders to Norway will be shipped on Wednesday or Friday, depending on which day is closest to order date.


Can I send the package to another address or to a package store?

Your package will always be delivered to the nearest GLS parcel shop, according to the address you provide.


If I buy a product that is sold out what happens then?

Should your item be sold out after ordering, we will cancel your order. If you have ordered more items at the same time, you will of course receive the items in stock and we will refund the remaining amount.


You have announced that my package has been sent, but I have not received it yet?

First try to check the package’s status on the GLS website, via the tracking number you received. If you do not find an answer here, please contact us via info@axelco.dk


How do I return a refunded purchase?

If you would like to return purchases from Watch4Time, please inform us about this with a mail at info@axelco.dk. In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of return.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the delivery within 14 days.

Return costs must be borne by yourself.


Which countries send Watch4Time to?

Watch4Time sends to all EU countries and Norway.


Can you order items that are not on the website if you lead the brand?

If you have found a product on another page that we do not have here, you are always welcome to contact us via info@axelco.dk and of course we will check if we can get the item you want.
